5 shallots
4 garlic cloves
4 lemon grass * sliced

3 cm ginger
3 cm turmeric

2 tsp coriander
2 tablespoons sweet cumin powder
2 tbsp of cumin powder
2 tbsp thick soy sauce
2 tsp Melaka / palm sugar
2 tsp of salt
4 tsp white sugar
Oil, not too much or too little.

Satay Marinade Method:
Mix all the ingredients for stir fry with oil (must be enough oil)

When the ingredients well blend and fragrant, put into a container with lid together with the meat, and the other ingredients such as spices, sugar, thick soy sauce and so on.
